Why does the Bancontact Pro app require an additional email address when setting up a new user?
This email address is purely technical and is used solely to set or reset a password for the Bancontact Pro app.
It is important to understand the difference between our two tools:
- The Bancontact Pro portal: this is a management tool available to all business customers, providing an overview of your products and transactions.
- The Bancontact Pro app: this app is specifically designed for businesses that have explicitly requested this payment solution to receive payments.
