Is there an app for professionals?
One of the Bancontact Pro payment solutions for professionals is the Bancontact Pro payment app. This allows you to easily accept mobile payments via your own smartphone. You enter the amount to be paid into the app, your customer scans the QR code and confirms the payment. You will see the confirmation appear on your screen immediately.

No app is available for our other Bancontact Pro solutions. You can track payments in real time via your Bancontact Pro portal. This is a self-service tool accessible from any device with an internet connection and a web browser.
Just a quick note: the Bancontact Pay app is a mobile app for consumers. As a business owner, you are not permitted to receive professional payments via the app, and consequently, no reporting, reconciliation or guarantee is provided for transactions received in this way by your business.
