How does Payconiq work?
Bancontact Pro is a payment service that allows you to accept mobile payments via Bancontact and Wero using a QR code. Your customers scan the QR code using the Bancontact Pay app or another payment app that supports Bancontact or Wero, and then confirm the amount to be paid. The funds are then transferred to your bank account. You can track incoming Bancontact and Wero payments in real-time through the Bancontact Pro portal, which is a website that you can access from any device.
As a rule, a Bancontact Pro payment follows three simple steps:
- Your customer scans your QR code.
- Your customer enters the amount (if required by your Bancontact Pro solution) or simply confirms the amount displayed on their smartphone screen.
- Your customer confirms the payment.
