The app isn’t working and appears to have crashed. How do I resolve it?
You can usually easily repair an app that has crashed. Switch your phone off, start it up again and delete the app from the phone's working memory (this works differently, depending on the smartphone). You can also check to see whether you are running the latest version of the app and whether you have a stable Internet connection.
