What happens if I lose my smartphone or someone steals my device? Can they then use it to make payments?
If your device is lost or stolen, you must report it as quickly as possible to Card Stop (www.cardstop.be) on 078 170 170, so that they can then block your app. If that happens, no one can use the app, even if they have your PIN code. But you can still use your Bancontact card after your Bancontact Pay app has been blocked.
