Who can use the Bancontact Pay app?
You can use the app if you have a smartphone or tablet that is connected to the Internet (via 3G, 4G, 5G or wi-fi) and if you have at least one Bancontact card issued by a Belgian bank *.
* Customers of Europabank or Chaabi are currently unable to add their Bancontact card to the Bancontact Pay app.
