How do I give feedback or suggestions?

Via your home screen 

Go to the home screen of your phone and hold down the Bancontact Pay app icon. After a few seconds, a menu will appear, select 'Send beta feedback.' 

 

Via the TestFlight app on an iOS device 

Open the TestFlight app and select the Bancontact Pay app from the list. Tap 'Send beta feedback' and follow the steps. 

 

Via the Play Store on an Android device 

Open the Play Store and tap on the profile icon in the upper right corner. Tap 'Manage apps and devices' and 'Beta.' Find the Bancontact Pay app and follow the steps.
