Can I easily leave the beta program?

If you are an iOS user, you need to leave the beta program in TestFlight and then download the official Bancontact Pay app once again from the official App Store. This will reset the app, and you will need to reactivate your Bancontact Pay account. 

 

1. Open the TestFlight app and select the Bancontact Pay app from the list. 
2. Scroll down and tap 'Stop test.' 

 

If you are an Android user, you need to leave the beta program, remove the beta app, and reinstall the Bancontact Pay app via the Google Play Store. This will reset the app, and you will need to reactivate your Bancontact Pay account. 

 

1. Open the Play Store. 
2. Tap on the profile icon in the upper right corner. 
3. Tap 'Manage apps and devices' and 'Beta.' 
4. Find the app for which you want to leave the beta program. 
5. Tap on the app to open the detail page. 
6. Under 'You are now a beta tester,' tap 'Leave.'
