Joining our tester programme is quick and rewarding. Follow the steps below to register: iOS users will receive email notifications for new updates, while Android users will see the Bancontact Pro app update automatically.

For iOS Users
To test the app on an iPhone or iPad, Apple requires the use of the TestFlight application.
- Open this registration link directly from your iOS device.
- If you haven’t already, download the TestFlight app from the App Store.
- When a new version is ready for testing, you will receive an email notification titled "Bancontact Pro is ready to test on iOS". This email will outline the specific new features we would like you to explore.
- Open the TestFlight app to download and install the latest version. The app will appear on your home screen and function just like a standard App Store application.
For Android Users
The Android beta programme is managed directly through the Google Play Store.
- Visit our beta registration page.
Note: You may see "Payconiq GO" mentioned in the URL or on the page; this is expected and is the correct link for the Bancontact Pro beta.
- Once you have registered, the beta version will become available directly in the Google Play Store.
- If you already have the standard Bancontact Pro app installed, the beta version will replace it. You will receive updates through the Play Store just like your other regular apps.
Please note that Google does not typically send email notifications for new beta releases, so make sure to have automatic updates enabled for the Bancontact Pro app. Open the Google Play app, tap your profile icon, go to Settings > Network preferences > Auto-update apps.
