KBC, CBC and KBC Brussels are the first Belgian banks to offer their customers the possibility to make Bancontact contactless payments via wearables. Their customers can now pay with Bancontact via a smart ring, watch, bracelet or key chain. A first!

A great Belgian first from KBC to which Bancontact Payconiq Company also contributes.

Contactless payment with Bancontact is now also possible via an smart ring, watch, bracelet or key chain, also known as wearables. Wearables are no longer mere gadgets or temporary fashion items, but rather new and practical enablers of contactless payment. This makes paying even more convenient and also more personal. To pay, simply hold the wearable against the contactless symbol on the payment terminal that accepts Bancontact payments, just as you do with a contactless Bancontact card.

Today: KBC, CBC and KBC Brussels customers only

Compatible wearables are available via the KBC website. Discover the offer on the KBC website.
