Why am I suddenly unable to make payments with my Bancontact card in the Payconiq by Bancontact app?

Have you recently received a new bank card after your old card was reported lost or stolen? It will be necessary to manually add it again to your Payconiq by Bancontact app and remove your old card. 

  1. Open the menu in the Payconiq by Bancontact app and select "Payment methods."  
  2. Remove your old Bancontact card.  
  3. Add your new Bancontact card.
